Account Deletion Request

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Wardrobe AI+ account and associated data.

Option 1: Delete in App (Recommended)

1. Open Wardrobe AI+ and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion on the confirmation screen.

Option 2: Request by Email

Send your request from your account email to support@getwardrobeai.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

What is deleted

• Account profile information linked to your user account.
• Content you created in the app (such as posts and media), subject to system processing time.
• User-specific app data tied to your account ID.

What may be retained

• Records we must keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
• Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot identify you personally.

Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests promptly. In some cases, complete backend propagation may take additional time.
